I found this online while searching for a writing motivational quote. I’ve tried writing poetry over the years, but I don’t think I have the knack. I do know an amazing poet and at some point I’m going to see if she’ll contribute a poem for a post. Fingers crossed!

When I post these picture graphics, 9 out of 10 times I’m using my own pictures, like this one taken a week ago, and the wonderful Canva.com for a template. While I do have a paid account with them, the free version of Canva is still awesome.

The pictures are taken with my camera phone because I rarely carry a regular camera around. The colors seem to pop more when taken with the phone, but then my little point and shoot digital isn’t exactly high end so who knows what would happen if I upgraded!

Next week I’ll be back on track with a blog post about learning a new language with the Duolingo app just to watch a show on TV because not only can I apparently not let my brain rest over winter break, but I like my procrastination activities to be productive and educational.
