So this is my Rewards Chart for #NaNoWriMo2019. Each year I make one up, sometimes with smaller rewards, sometimes with bigger ones, but this year I’m somewhere in the middle. The bad news is that I’m behind on my word count, so I haven’t quite reached 10K, nevermind 15K, so I have a lot of writing to do this weekend!

I haven’t had much time for creative writing for a while, only academic or work writing, and it shows… The first few days were painful. Not that I had trouble writing, but the words I found were bland and uninteresting. Yikes! By Day 6 I could see and feel an improvement, and I cannot express how relieved that made me.
